Refund and Returns Policy

Woke Coffee™

1. No Returns on Consumables

Because roasted coffee is perishable and cannot be restocked, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any coffee products once they have shipped. Any coffee returned to our facility must be discarded for safety reasons; therefore, returning product is neither practical nor permitted.


2. When We Will Consider a Refund or Replacement

We will review requests for a refund or one‑time replacement only when an order arrives:

  • Physically damaged (e.g., torn bag, punctured seal);
  • Incorrect (e.g., wrong grind, label, or origin); or
  • Lost or clearly mishandled by the carrier (e.g., box delivered soaked or crushed).

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photos of the outer carton, the shipping label, and the product itself.


3. How to Request Help

  1. Place a new order for the replacement coffee in your store.
  2. Mark it “paid” so it enters production.
  3. Email our support team at [email protected] with:
    • Original and replacement order numbers;
    • A brief description of the issue; and
    • Supporting photos (if damaged).

We will verify the claim, refund any eligible coffee cost, and expedite the replacement. Tracking will be forwarded once available.


4. Important Exclusions

  • Shipping upgrades (Overnight, 2‑Day, etc.) are non‑refundable unless the carrier accepts liability.
  • International orders and bulk/wholesale shipments are sold Ex‑Warehouse and are not covered for loss, damage, or delays after leaving the U.S. fulfilment centre.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs inspections, or force‑majeure events once the package is in transit.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RW Roasters and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to any coffee order. Our cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the affected product. All coffee is provided “as is” without any implied warranties beyond those expressly stated herein or required by law.


6. Policy Changes

We may amend this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and apply to orders placed after the Effective Date of the revision.
